1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SocialPulse Hub website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SocialPulse Hub provides digital marketing services including but not limited to performance marketing, SEO, social media management, website development, and content creation. The specific services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to accounts and assets. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deliverables.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, monthly retainer services are billed in advance, and project-based work requires a deposit before commencement. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the creative work produced specifically for them. SocialPulse Hub retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, and financial information.

7. Limitation of Liability

SocialPulse Hub's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
